Job Overview

Sergeants Consulting Limited is seeking motivated, target-driven, and professional Sales and Marketing Representatives to join our growing team. Successful candidates will play a key role in promoting the company’s events, seminars, exhibitions, workshops, and hospitality services while building lasting client relationships and driving business growth.

Available Positions

• Events, Seminars, Exhibitions & Workshops Sales and Marketing Representatives – 5 Positions
• Hotel Sales and Marketing Representatives – 4 Positions

Key Responsibilities

• Market and promote the company’s events, seminars, exhibitions, workshops, and hospitality services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Generate and follow up on qualified sales leads.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback.
• Represent the company professionally during meetings, networking events, and client engagements.

Qualifications

• Age: 25–35 years.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, events, or the hospitality industry.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Computer proficiency is required.
• Experience with social media marketing will be an added advantage.
